Rahmat Erwin Abdullah lifted a total of 366 kilograms, comprising a 160 kilogram snatch and a 206 kilogram clean and jerk, at the Nagoya City Trade and Industry Center.
The clean and jerk lift of 206 kilograms and the overall total of 366 kilograms set new world records in the 75 kilogram class.
He dedicated the gold medal to his child, wife, parents at home and the broader Indonesian public.
