Regenerasi Jadi Prioritas Utama Musda Golkar Pinrang
Usman Marham, Ketua DPD II Golkar Pinrang, mendorong regenerasi menjelang Musda November 2026, menekankan pentingnya menyiapkan pemimpin baru yang berpengalaman.
Usman Marham says Musda is not just about replacing officials but about preparing figures who can lead Golkar through future political challenges.
He highlights the need for a survey of potential candidates across South Sulawesi to map their popularity both inside and outside the party.
"Memang survei elektabilitas perlu dilakukan. Ini untuk mengetahui tingkat ketokohan bakal calon di daerahnya, baik eksternal maupun di internal Golkar," kata Usman, Selasa, 13/10/2026.
The survey aims to give an objective view of candidates’ potential, helping the South Sulawesi Golkar DPD choose the most capable leaders.

Usman stresses that experience, organizational skills, and communication with provincial leadership are crucial, not just popularity.
"Saya ingin calon ketua Golkar Pinrang adalah orang yang memiliki pengalaman organisasi. Minimal calon ketua yang maju pernah berkecimpung di organisasi seperti HMI, PMII dan organisasi lainnya. Sehingga tidak buta-buta menjalankan organisasi," ujarnya, Selasa, 13/10/2026.
The new leader must understand party mechanisms, decision‑making, and policy implementation.
Preparations now include forming a committee; Usman Bengawan will chair the event, Amri Manangkasi leads the steering committee, and Rusna serves as executive director.
The committee formation is an early step to ensure the November 2026 Musda follows party rules.
While support still leans toward Usman, he urges the event to focus on developing experienced, organization‑savvy leaders who can maintain party cohesion.
